Meet and Greet

Once you arrive at Massage All, your therapist will greet you and ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire. This questionnaire records any medical history or other conditions your therapist should know about prior to starting a massage session.

Your therapist will take you to your treatment room where they will briefly review and discuss what your expectations are to customize your session.

TIP: Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early your first visit. This will give you time to complete the questionnaire, use the restroom and start your session on time.

Session Length

At Massage All we believe in giving you our all! That is exactly why you deserve ALL of your session time. Each session is scheduled so that there is time for the therapist to talk to you briefly and still give you your full session time. We start our sessions on time and end on time, so if you are running late, please let us know. So Relax and Enjoy!

Starting Your Session

After reviewing your questionnaire, you will notice the treatment room simply but peacefully decorated. There will be music playing in the background to help you relax. A warmed massage table covered in clean sheets and a blanket awaits. There is a small side table for you to place your smaller personally belongings and a bench to sit on.

After your therapist leaves the room, you are able to undress to your comfort level. Each client has different comfort levels, and your therapist understands. Some clients completely undress and others remained partially dressed and either option is fine. After you have undressed, you will lie on the massage table under the top sheet. You will usually have a few minutes to complete this and they will knock on the door quietly before they enter the room.

You will always be draped during your massage with the top sheet. Your massage therapist is trained to only uncover the part of the body they are working on and respecting your modesty at ALL times.

TIP: Some people when they are nervous or want to unwind, needs to have idle conversation. Some prefer no conversation. Either is fine and your therapist will follow your lead.

During your Massage

Before you started your massage, your therapist will have asked you to alert them if, at any time something needs to be adjusted, such as pressure.

If you requested specific work, after warming up the muscle tissue to make it easier on you, they will focus on the area of concern and the surrounding muscles to support the sore muscle.

If you are looking to just relax, your therapist will time your session to be able to provide a full body massage in the full time that you scheduled.

After Your Massage

Once your massage is complete, your therapist will dismiss themselves and allow you a moment to collect your thoughts and redress.

You therapist usually takes this time to re-wash their hands, so they will meet you back in the waiting area. This is when your therapist may discuss with you what they found to be important based on your discussion at the start of the session.

Future sessions will be recommended based on your reasons for visiting, and or what was discovered after loosening up your muscles.

We look forward to seeing you for your first visit. If you have any questions, please make sure to ask. This is YOUR massage session.

TIP: Water is very important in flushing out your muscles. During a massage, your lymph system is encouraged to work a bit more to flush and needs water to assist. So rehydrating your muscles is key to prevent soreness, especially if you requested specific work or have not had a massage before.
